Mandalas are built outward from a fixed centre, and this pendant follows that logic literally. A single round bead marks the middle; tight short petals encircle it; beyond them, eight longer petals radiate to the edge. Every petal is cut clean through, so the colour of the inner ball appears in narrow tapered wedges between them — the pattern stays readable even when the pendant turns.
Past the flower, the rim carries a field of fine engraved lines that spread outward like rays, crossed by a circle of scalloped arches. The engraving is shallow but closely spaced, which is why the outer band shifts as it moves rather than flashing at one angle. It also gives a wide flat area a sense of depth without adding weight.
The sphere splits across its middle — a hinge on one side, a small catch on the other, press to open and press to close. It holds 18mm inner balls: pearl white and blush pink keep the mandala light and open, forest green and night blue give it the density of stained glass, and a polished gold ball warms the whole design. Nickel-free and lead-free, with a plain top loop and ring that take a chain, a cord or a short beaded strand.
