The angel here is drawn in silver line over a ball, and the ball is doing more than sitting inside — it is the figure's body. The stone shows through the open frame at the centre of the design, so the same cage reads differently depending on what is in it: a rose stone gives the angel a warm centre, a black one turns the whole piece severe, a pale cream one makes the silver look almost white. That is the merchandising point with this design, and it is worth stating plainly, because it changes what the customer is choosing between when she picks a colour. Shoot at least two stones in the same frame so the difference is obvious.
The build is worth walking through. A fluted bail at the top, its vertical ribs catching light, drops onto a thick polished ring — the halo — with a small motif resting inside the top of the ring. Left and right, the wings sweep out as ribbon strands whose lower edges are cut in a scalloped wave with pointed tips, layered so each scallop sits slightly under the one above. A teardrop frame closes down the centre of the figure, and at its hem sit two hearts hooked through one another, both fully open so the stone shows through them as well. Every one of these elements is silhouette rather than relief, which is why the design stays readable at a distance but shows its detail up close.
Who it sells to: an angel pendant is bought for someone, and mostly for a moment — a move, an exam, a hospital stay, a first baby, a friend going somewhere far. Write for that buyer and keep the wording warm without promising anything: it is a beautiful thing to give someone you are thinking about, not a device. Two or three drops of essential oil on the porous stone inside, a moment to soak in, the halves closed, and the scent leaves slowly through the openwork. Swap the stone for another colour or another scent whenever the wearer wants a change, and it works with no oil at all as a plain silver angel pendant.
One thing to say out loud in your copy, because it will otherwise generate questions: this is an aroma locket that holds a lava stone, not a keepsake urn. Angel motifs and small openable spheres get searched both ways, and a buyer who expects an urn chamber will return the piece. A single line — holds a lava stone for essential oil — saves the order.
